It’s almost scary to think of how much of today’s best comedy can be directly linked to Carlin. He was brilliant right up to the end.

The folks at Comedy Central compiled a list of the 10 comics. Carlin placed 2nd right after Richard Pryor and right before Lenny Bruce.

No new posts in several days from either P&S or Coulton. Methinks the Song Fu Challenge is heating up.

@Jack F. Paul and Storm have been Twittering though. Or at least one of them has been.

But man, I am REALLY looking forward to the two songs.

My father passed away very suddenly only a few hours after George Carlin did. It makes me smile to think they can now swap raunchy jokes. Also, my sister and I like to think we got the last laugh on my Dad by playing Da Vinci’s Notebook’s “Kingdom in the Sky” while pics of our recent Disney World vacation played at the funeral home. Thanks for the smile when we needed it most, P&S.

Shit, Piss, Fuck, Cunt, Cock-Sucker, Mother-Fucker and Tits. And Tits doesn’t even belong on the list! It sounds like a snack. Well, I guess in some ways it is.

Knowing that bit from beginning to end made me one of the funniest guys in my seventh grade class.
