Well, you did it, gang; thank you to everyone who was able to donate! We landed the big one and have raised a grand total of

$3,655.06

for the Arlington Food Assistance Center. And remember, they currently have a matching grant from the Feinstein Foundation; so we have in effect raised $7,270.12. You people ROCK!

And finally, as you may recall, every dollar donated converted to a chance to win one of two $100 ThinkGeek gift certificates. The drawing has been held, and congratulations to our two big winners, Rich Graham and Sarah K.

We’re glad that together with ThinkGeek, Arlington Carvel, GeekDad, and the Interwebs, we were able to turn a spur-of-the-moment moronic stunt into a Force for Awesome (which is the name of our Andrew W.K. tribute band)
