We are aware of the fact that some of you are having trouble downloading our podcast files lately, either off the website or via iTunes. We’re aware of the problem, and should have it fixed within the next week or so. We appreciate your patience. (At least, for those of you who have exhibited patience, which so far is everyone)

Unacceptable! I demand a full refund for every penny I’ve paid for access to your podcast! In fact, I think a double-my-money-back deal is in order here!
