Fancy New (Virtual) Digs

So here it is, in all its glory: the New & Improved PaulandStorm.com. You like?

The atomic batteries should be to power, and the turbines should be to speed, so everything here should be in working order. Please poke around the place, get a feel for it, and tell us what you like, what you don’t like, if you have any problems, or if you just feel like chatting.

Several repeatedly-requested features—most notably, a complete collection of our lyrics—are now available. Also, there’s lots more stuff on the way real soon—things like pictures, discussion forums, polls, general random fun (such as the long-promised “Gallery of Thrown Panties”), and so on—so keep on checking back. If there’s anything you particularly would like us to add, let us know. Because we’re in a panderin’ mood!

There is one problem we’re already aware of: apparently, the “song preview” buttons on the Songs page and individual Lyrics pages don’t work on Intel-based Macs. If you don’t have an Intel-based Mac, but still can’t play the songs, please let us know. We’re working, MacGyver-like, on a solution that will work for everyone, but it’s been rather elusive so far.

WoW!

Never let ’em tell you dreams don’t come true — we now have our very first fan-crafted World of Warcraft video, for our song “Epithets”!

For those unfamiliar, there are dedicated fans of the online game World of Warcraft (WoW) who harness their power of awesome to generate videos using the characters found in the WoW gaming world. We first found out about these productions through our mentor/trainee Jonathan Coulton (who we believe now has a team of at least five dozen people generating WoW videos set to his music), and have been hoping some genius fan might lay one on ol’ Paul and Storm.

So thank you Ray (and lovely, patient wife Tina) for leading the charge. And the rest of you—check it out, dawgz. Now. Go. C’mon; it’s right down there!
